If a special order is needed it may take up to 14-20 days depending on if the material needed is here (ie - name bracelets, special order stones). We will do everything possible to get the order made and out A.S.A.P.

Please double check your shipping address, if the address listed for shipping is incorrect there are no refunds, and additional charges will be assessed to ship it again.

Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Arizona.

Yes. During check out when on address page the first address section is the Shipping Address use that section. The other address in the second section is the Billing Address.

We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most orders within 48 hours. If special order or size is needed we will email you with the time it will take. If a custom order is needed in a time sensitive manner please email teresasdt@gmail.com or call (480) 897-4546 with the details and we will do what we can to get it sent out.

For every order you submit to desert-treasures.net, you will receive an order confirmation. We recommend that you print and save for your reference. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

There is a 30-day return policy from time of shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item within 30 days, (item must not be damaged or worn in any way for return) you pay for shipping of the return and we'll take care of the rest. If you have a return please go to Return Form.

If PayPal was used your account will immediately be credited.

If credit card was used, within 3 days of return your account will be credited.

If a money order was used for the purchase then a money order will be returned.

If any circumstances occur and a piece needs to be repaired or a stone needs to be replaced because of natural cause (not direct damage by customer) please contact me at teresasdt@gmail.comor call (480) 897-4546 (7 days a week 9 am to 9 pm Mountain time) and arrangements will be made. If damage is made by a customer, for an extra charge, we can possibly replace the stone. Since our pieces are not exactly the same a different stone may need to be put in. The price and stone will be discussed before the repair is made.

We are more than happy to sell internationally and hope to have your business. The payments for international orders will only be accepted through PayPal, we do not accept credit cards, checks or money orders for international orders (which is anywhere outside of Continental US, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska ).

The shipping and handling charges must be paid by the customer, because it being an international order the shipping cost varies. We will be happy to inform you of what the charges will be if you can email your city/town, country and zip code to teresasdt@gmail.com. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible with the shipping charges for your order, this way you can determine before the order process if you would like to make the purchase.

There will be no returns for international orders at this time, all sales final.

At desert-treasures.net, we make every attempt to ensure that our online store is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, products appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs as the photos are a set size. Since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
